At SVA Jean Rozé, for all our product ranges produced under our brand, we are implementing new label features such as Nutri-Score, a nutritional reference system recommended in 2018 by French public authorities.
Nutri-Score allows you to compare several products to choose the healthiest one. It highlights the nutritional quality of our products and makes them more attractive.
Another one, the Bleu-Blanc-Coeur label, highlights both the nutritional aspect (products rich in Omega 3) and the environmental aspect (through animal feed).

INGREDIENTS
In response to consumer demand for healthier recipes, we are also focusing on the removal of potentially harmful ingredients, and on making shorter and clearer ingredient lists.

ADDITIVES
With this in mind, we have drawn up a list of 152 additives that we do not use in our recipes. For example, all our sausages, including the fresh merguez sausage, are certified nitrite-free, and all our products are GMO and nanomaterial free.

SAFETY
Multiple monitoring measures are implemented in our factories: each production process is analysed using microbiological, chemical, physical, and biological parameters to guarantee safe food for our customers.
