Created in 1974, and the first factory of the Les Mousquetaires Group, it specialises in the production of frozen minced meat.

The SVA Jean Rozé production unit has 90 employees for 4 production lines. It is IFS food safety certified. In 2020, with its production capacity of 30,000 steaks per hour, SVA Guidel produced more than 12,000 tonnes of products, corresponding to 15 million packaged sales units.
