line 1
good work
condition
From recruitment to professional development, through working conditions, health, safety, and family assistance, SVA Jean Rozé strives to create a supportive environment for each of its employees.

RECRUITMENT,
SVA JEAN ROZé
IS FOCUSING ON THE
RENEWAL OF GENERATIONS
- Within the framework of generational renewal, SVA Jean Rozé has set up an incubator for young engineers to be hired regularly. Each engineer follows a 10-month course in partnership with the EMA in Vitré, and benefits from a mentoring and coaching approach with the managers in place. At the end of the course, these young graduates are expected to become team leaders.
- Through its "interim unit" at the Vitré and Trémorel sites, SVA Jean Rozé promotes the rapid transition from temporary contracts to permanent employment contracts.
- With Agromousquetaires, SVA Jean Rozé conducted an exclusive recruitment campaign in 2022 by criss-crossing Brittany on board a Job Truck to meet its future employees.

MAKING HEALTH
A PRIORITY
The health of our employees is vital. At the Vitré site, nurses are available on the premises, and regular interventions by an osteopath and an ergonomist are organised. At all sites, employees trained in workplace first aid are present. A social worker is also on duty at the Vitré, Trémorel and Janzé sites. All employees can access the social service during their working hours.
In addition, before each shift, the various production operators carry out warm-up exercises to minimise the risk of work-related accidents.

MAKING
FAMILY LIFE
EASIER
Since the start of the 2015 school year, SVA Jean Rozé has also been offering to the children its employees free access to Prof Express, the number one online homework tutoring service.
